Can we use our existing VoIP Phones?

Our system is compatible with the the vast majority of "VoIP" phones on the market (220+ at last count!), and in many cases this allows us to use your current phones. This can save a lot of money on upgrading your service.

Will I need to install any equipment such as a PBX?

No. Audian's phone system is hosted in the cloud. You only need an internet connection and a business class router. The advantage to you is that we maintain the necessary phone equipment, and as a result all upgrades are applied automatically when they are released ensuring that you have the latest features for your phones.

SIP Trunking customers may need to purchase an ATA such as a Cisco SPA8000 or an Adtran Total Access 9xx Series Device.

 
How much internet bandwidth do I need?

Approximately 64kbps per active call.

 
Can we port our existing numbers?

Yes, Most numbers will port; however, in rare cases there are some numbers that cannot be ported, such as numbers from certain faxing services. Porting usually takes between 14 and 30 days depending upon the carrier.

 
Can I port my existing number away from Audian?

Yes, as long as your account is in good standing, you can port your number away from Audian. Please see our Terms of Service for more information.

 
How much technical skill is required to set up and use the service?

Close to none. This phone system is as close to plug and play as possible. If you purchased the phones from us they will be ready to go out of the box, if you are using your pre-existing phones then our friendly support staff can quickly provision your phones to our system with very little assistance needed from you.

 
How good is your uptime?

99.9999%. We understand that voice communications are vital to your business and our systems are fully redundant.
